Students joining this program will be working with MindTree and at the same time undergoing an MBA course by Symbiosis. This ‘Earn While You Learn’ program will ensure the education expenses are met by their earning.

The selected candidates will undergo an intensive 6 – 8 weeks training program to develop programming, problem solving, testing and documentation skills. People who successfully complete the training will be absorbed into projects as ‘Developers’ or ‘Test Engineers’.
